Yara are seeking applications for their permanent full-time role of HR Officer.Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator, the HR Officer supports the HR team, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, employee assistance and administration.This position is responsible for the delivery of a high quality, flexible service, responsive to the needs of the organisation, and in line with legislative requirements and best practice.The Primary Responsibilities IncludeChampion Yara's values of Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration and AmbitionEnd to end recruitmentManage employee relocationsEmployee on-boarding, orientation and off-boardingCommunication with internal and external stakeholdersOccasional travel to site (Karratha), as requiredEmployee Support - Respond to employee queries in a timely mannerEmployee benefits – tracking and approvalsSupport in HR audits and compliance checksSupport annual HR processesSupport the monthly payroll processAssist with the employee housing processSupport the arrival and departure process for International Assignees and immigration processesSupport and coordinate company events and initiativesHR projects and tasks as directedManage the probationary review processProcessing invoices and raising Purchase Orders in SAPComplete internal and external reports and auditsAdministrative tasks including file and document managementAd-hoc tasks as directedJoin us at Yara - click "Apply" to submit your application.ProfileCertificate IV in Human Resource Management or similarDiploma in Human Resources is advantageousBachelor's Degree in related field is desirableMinimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sectorPayroll processing or support experience is desirableProficiency Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or equivalent HR Information SystemsStrong Microsoft Office skillsFluent written and spoken English is essentialAustralian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
