Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the HR team with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, employee assistance, and administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Champion our company values of Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration, and Ambition
  • End-to-end recruitment including managing employee relocations
  • Employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Occasional travel to site as required
  • Employee support – responding to employee queries in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Diploma in Human Resources is advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is desirable
  • Minimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sector
  • Payroll processing or support experience is desirable
