Job Overview

We are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly address some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.

The plant is one of the largest ammonia production sites in the world and we have also taken the ammonia process further downstream with a joint venture. Together with our partners, we are also building a renewable hydrogen plant to produce renewable ammonia.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the values of Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration and Ambition.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment, manage employee relocation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support occasional travel to site as required.
  • Provide employee support, respond to queries in a timely manner and track employee benefits.
  • Contribute to HR audits and compliance checks, annual HR processes, payroll processing and assist with employee housing and immigration processes.
  • Coordinate company events and initiatives, and manage the probationary review process.
  • Perform administrative tasks including file and document management.

This role requires a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar qualification, and a minimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sector.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar.
  • Diploma in Human Resources is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
