**Your Role**
One of Australia's iconic brands is growing again. The Dulux Acratex business is looking for an individual who is equally comfortable being part of a small team and working independently. If you are eager to be a part of a growing business and to take on new opportunities, we are looking to train up a new permanent Customer & Dispatch Coordinator to work at our Epping cement render operations plant.
Acratex specialises in acrylic texture coatings, high build membranes for roofs and walls, and Venetian plaster finishes. The Epping (Victoria) and Virginia (Queensland) cement render and coated polystyrene mouldings factories have been newly acquired and are currently being integrated into the Acratex group.
You will work closely with our friendly manufacturing team, supporting the production of our Acratex products as well as being hands-on dealing with customer requirements and driving site forklifts or load/unload vehicles.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing team to learn and grow in all processes associated with a manufacturing and warehouse site to the trade store shopfloor.
**Responsibilities**
- Taking customer orders
- Picking, packing and despatching as required
- Servicing the despatch functions including loading/unloading of deliveries, goods receipting and managing inventory
- Provide general assistance to the production team - pre-batching of raw materials etc

**Skills and Experience**
To be successful you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Your customer centric approach and eye for detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment. In addition, you will also possess:
- Intermediate computer skills - SAP is advantageous
- Prior experience in a trade retail or warehouse
- Current Drivers license & Forklift license (desired)
- Excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
