**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Preparing reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
- Providing insightful reporting and analysis on HR data
- Utilising PowerBI, advanced function of MS Excel and other data software to visualise, analyse and record large, complex data sets
- Maintaining HRIS system data - ensuring accurate position and employee data

To be successful in this role you must love all things data - and be super comfortable with the advanced functions of MS Excel to provide insightful reporting and analysis. Prior experience with visually presenting data through PowerBI to be able to present complex data and information to our senior leadership is critical.
