Overview

HR Advisor role at Levi Strauss & Co. Australia & New Zealand. We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor to partner with our Retail & Wholesale teams across ANZ.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders across Retail & Wholesale to provide generalist HR advice and support
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding processes that attract, engage, and retain talent aligned to Levi's values
  • Manage annual performance and succession planning to build a culture of high performance
  • Provide advice on employee relations and Award interpretation, ensuring compliance and fair processes
  • Support workplace injury management, WorkCover, and leave processes
  • Deliver and embed global HR initiatives into the ANZ business
  • Oversee HR data integrity and partner with Payroll to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes
  • Lead HR projects, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Guide and mentor the HR Administrator to ensure seamless HR operations
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-site retail or wholesale environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, Awards/Agreements (particularly the Retail Award), and HR compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative style with the confidence to advise and coach leaders at all levels
