The Role
A fixed term contract with huge potential for longevity, this is a generalist role that will work alongside the Head of HR to support with end to end employee life cycle. Working closely with Managers in the business, this role is a go-to for problem solving, general HR queries and first port of call for advice on team performance, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and assisting with culture and learning. This role will also be a go-to for HR reporting and data, HRIS systems support and development. Salary circa $95k plus.
About You
Having gained a HR qualification and with demonstrated experience as a generalist, you are ready for your next step where you will have the opportunity to work closely with business leads and their teams. You are systems literate and enjoy working with data and reporting, possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and problem solve and you enjoy being a central point of HR contact.
