**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to topic ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting for content across various social and video platforms
- Manage and publish content on WeChat, Video Accounts, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Douyin, and others
- Optimize content packaging, including cover design, titles, tags, and platform metadata
- Engage with audiences via comments and DMs to build community and boost interaction
- Track content performance (views, completion rate, engagement, follower growth), generate regular insights, and propose optimizations

**Basic Video Shooting & Production**
- Support filming of short videos, interviews, company promos, and event footage
- Handle basic video setup: lighting, camera framing, and audio
- Organize and label raw footage, ensure subtitle accuracy, and maintain equipment and material archive
- Familiar with content compliance, algorithm trends, and platform policies—particularly for Chinese-language social media
- Sharp content sense with the ability to understand audience tone and preferences
- Excellent written Chinese; able to simplify complex financial or investment concepts
- Independent and capable of managing light video shooting setups (e.g., short-form or interview settings)
- Hands-on experience with basic equipment (camera, audio, lighting)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in finance, media, communications, or related industries
- Experience managing your own short video or new media channel
- Prior experience with corporate, brand, or commercial video production

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
