As
**Agile Portfolio Coordinator**, you'll bring your specialist administration and coordination skills to ensure all regular planned processes are documented, understood and followed. Your enthusiasm for simplification and your keen interest in wanting yourself and others to be more efficient, will be instrumental in contributing to the success of our Digital Technology team.

With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:

- Ensure effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders from DTS and the business;
- Communicate timely information regarding business and system tasks;
- Balance the delivery of multiple tasks often with competing priorities; and
- Keep up to date with pace of implementation for software change and business strategy.

**What you'll bring**

Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

- Exceptional proficiency in organisational skills, managing multiple competing priorities, working with multiple stakeholders of all levels and executing varying tasks as required;
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and their related complexities at the same time;
- Impeccable attention to detail and record keeping;
- Solid understanding of the financial management of a project, program or department budget (including timesheets);
- Experience in creation of consistent and carefully considered, accessible and well documented processes;
- Understanding of vendor, contractor and / or procurement management and ability to facilitate adherence to these processes;
- Experience working with Agile teams and projects;
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (including formulas), Word, Access and PowerPoint;
- General understanding of a reporting process and cycle related to various levels: squad, project, program and business value delivery (including governance requirements);
- Desire to learn new project delivery methods and techniques;
- A real interest and desire to build a breadth of skills -research, meeting facilitation, coordination of diversity programs (undergraduates and cadets), mentoring and L&D program coordination, event management and planning;
- Strategic approach to problem-solving and ability to think far beyond the process or task;
- Experience or a sound interest in change management; and
- Previous Energy Industry knowledge, or an interest to learn the industry.
