- Previous exposure to similar environment highly regarded

**The Role**

The Client Services Officer works collaboratively to assist the smooth running of the intake services, reception, and administrative services.

Duties In consultation with the Senior Practice Manager, the Client Services Officer is expected to:

- Provide service needs identification for clients and visitors including making appointments and general information about services
- Perform basic risk assessment, screening and response at first point of contact
- Perform client intake functions, attending to telephone enquiries and connecting to appropriate referral services, where needed
- Perform client reception functions, including greeting clients and ensuring messages are promptly and accurately related to relevant staff
- Handle the organisation's appointments efficiently and effectively using the client information system
- Process and reconcile clients' fees and other expenses and prepare daily cash sheets and money for banking
