Job Title: Client Liaison Officer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Liaison Officer to be the first point of contact for clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service, ensuring seamless interactions and delivering 6 Star Service.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, providing administration and secretarial support to both clients and senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all phone calls and mail
  • Providing administrative assistance to General Manager - Global
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, catering etc.
  • Supporting research, reporting, and training initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
Requirements
