**The Opportunity**

We currently have an opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join the WestConnex M8 Defects team on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Project Director and based in Mascot, this role will be responsible for pavements, roads and drainage works associated with defect rectification in the WestConnex M8 Tunnel.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in a construction related environment essential
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Strong communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
