With our business expanding at an unexpected pace due to our continuing regional expansion, we are seeking a Settlements Officer to cover the night shift in our Sydney office.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain credible and sustainable relationships with external service providers (such as banks, and third-party payment providers)
- Contribute to customer case replies promptly
- Prepare transactions remittance for the night shift
- Process daily settlement and data entry into the ledger system
- Contribute to external audit process when required
- Any other duties as assigned during the shift

**Requirements**:

- Be able to work at night shift (from 7:00 pm - 4:00 am)
- Well organized with high accuracy levels, attention to detail
- High proficiency in both English and **Mandarin**
- Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus
