**The role**:
As Settlements Officer for Snowy Hydro, you will be a member of the Treasury/Settlements team based in Sydney NSW where you will be responsible for calculation and settlement of Over-The-Counter (OTC) contracts, REP-P/PPA contracts, Futures, Renewable Energy Certificate Trades, and Treasury Settlements.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Check and approve settlements via Reval/Fides for loans, interest payments and loan facility standby fees

Process settlements via Reval for Interest Rate Swaps, FX and Brent OIl Hedges

Generate standard selling/buying Swaps, Caps, Collar and checking of special adhoc complex contracts

Process nominations, ensuring contract compliance

Map all adhoc complex trading contract details in the Snowy Hydro Trading System

Bill counterparties weekly by completing a settlement report, and generating and sending invoices

Maintain awareness of trading patterns and deviations from them and raise any possible issues

**We're ideally looking for someone with**:
A relevant Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not necessary if sufficiently experienced)

Demonstrated experience in a settlements position

Demonstrated strong understanding of the National Electricity Market (NEM) is preferred

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Strong written & verbal communications with a high level of attention to detail
