**About the Job**:
You'll divide your time between the office, warehouse, and being out on the road doing site visits, ensuring that the operation is running smoothly, and the team are set up to succeed.

You'll be responsible for a small team of staff and our WA machines, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the operation and liaising with the National Operations Team.

No two days are the same when you work with us, so you'll always be learning, but we also provide both full training and ongoing support throughout your time with us to enable you to grow and be challenged.

You'll work Monday-Friday, and we provide a company van for you to carry out your duties.

Leadership experience is essential.

Experience of merchandising or in a warehouse is a plus, but we look for character over experience so if you're a problem-solver who can think logically and communicate well, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations and lead a Team of 3 Merchandising & Maintenance Assistants
- Team Collaboration / Training & Development
- Communicate with the Merchandising & Maintenance Assistants to identify any critical issues and ensure they are addressed in an effective manner
- Provide leadership and guidance to all Merchandising & Maintenance Assistants, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take an initiative in making those improvements
- Assist with the recruitment and training of our Merchandising & Maintenance Assistants and assess them on completion of training
- Conduct surveys for potential new machine expansion locations
- Propose revenue growth strategies to the State Manager
- Coordinate machine installations
- Audit transactions of Merchandising & Maintenance Assistants

**About You**:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar supervisor role
- A motivation to be involved in continuous improvement activities
- The ability to lead and provide coaching/training to others
- Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and delegate when required
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Proven experience in operations, preferably with warehouse experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated supervisor experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
