We're currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate: Pastry - Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.
Your Role
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll be instrumental in delivering joyful guest experiences through your creativity, precision, and dedication to the craft.
You will:
Assist Senior Pastry Chefs in daily preparation and service
Create high-quality plated desserts, buffet selections, and retail pastries
Maintain consistency and excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
This role requires a confident and capable pastry professional with proven experience.
You must bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in high-end volume operations
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
Expertise in buffet, plated desserts, and retail pastry production
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for creating desserts that delight and inspire
