Key Responsibilities
Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently according to company specifications
Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
Contribute to positive team morale and support team members
Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while managing costs
Key Requirements
Prior culinary experience in a full-service restaurant with strong culinary production skills
Desire to develop and motivate team members
Committed to continuous improvement and inclusivity
Energetic, positive, and embracing diversity
Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
