We are seeking a passionate and professional pastry chef / baker with **solid team leadership experience** to join the young professional team at our **Sutton Forest** store.
- Solid team leadership / management experience
- Attention to and an eye for detail
- Ability to remain professional & focused in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work unsupervised when required
- A flexible & adaptive hands-on approach
- A respectful and mature approach to working in a team environment
- Our business trades 7 days a week so working at least one weekend day per week will be required on a fixed roster with consecutive days off.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare all products following company recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards
- Ensure procedures, policies and high standards are carefully adhered to at all times.
- Support and assist with the professional development of apprentices.
- Maintain a safe work environment in relation to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.

Pivotal to making this role a success is a passion for baking, strong leadership skills, the ability to lead by example and willingness to learn from those around you.

Remuneration / salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.

We take pride in producing premium quality foods using the freshest and best quality meats, vegetables, flour and dairy products.
