Family Doctor is seeking a full-time and a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our clinic in Sunshine Coast, QLD.About us:Family Doctor is a GP-owned and operated medical and dental practice committed to providing high-quality healthcare for our patients.

This role involves providing front-line services, guiding patients through administrative and financial processes related to their treatment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staffGreeting patients and visitors in person and on the phoneScheduling patient appointmentsPerforming general office and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as requiredAbout you:Strong communication and IT skillsPrevious medical receptionist experience (advantageous)Ability to multitask effectivelyMaintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesExperience with Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailCustomer service experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentOpportunity for career developmentDedicated team playerWillingness to undertake professional trainingDesire to increase knowledge of medical terminology and servicesHow to apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Job ClassificationPlease complete the form below to apply for this position
