The Lumus Imaging teams in Nundah are hiring a Medical Receptionist (Full Time Perm Role) to join their team. This positions will cover our Nundah as well as our Sandgate clinic.

As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.

Our Nundah clinic is open Monday to Friday, 7: pm and on Saturdays from 8:00-12pm - penalty rates apply for Saturday shifts. This is a full time role, 38 hours a week rostered across the mentioned opening hours.

Travel to our sister clinic in Sandgate is required for all Medical Reception team members.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

• Customer service and care
• Make exam bookings
• MRI Bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management
• Medicare billing and banking
