  About The Opportunity
  
  Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Victoria Point team on a Part-Time basis.
  
  This role may also require shifts at our other Brisbane South clinics.
  
  As a Medical Receptionist, You Will
  • Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Participate in outbound call shifts.
  • Assist with back-office activities, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
    
    
  About You
  
  In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
  • Adaptability to various databases and systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
