About The Role Full time opportunity.
Your overall responsibility will be to provide quality, client-focused administrative services to the Practice and Compliance Team including the coordination of Learning and Development (L&D) activities, our Restrictive Practices Panel and reporting.
You are the glue that holds the Practice and Compliance team together.
This is a busy team with a wide range of functions and responsibilities.
Being a friendly face and first point of contact for many enquiries combined with a proactive approach to problem solving will help this team meet their KPIs.
You will be the masterful coordinator of L&D events and a key player in working with internal stakeholders to improve attendance at training.
Accurate and timely recordkeeping is an essential part of this role, as is being a super user of our L&D system which includes online training, requiring accurate data entry and reporting.
You will keep on top of expiry dates for Client Behaviour Support Plans and be on top of the nuance of reporting needs across several different systems (NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Proda Portal and Department of Communities and Justice Restrictive Practices Authorisation Portal).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning, booking and organising L&D related events and programs.
Setting up spaces for L&D activities and supporting facilitators with resources and facilities.
Responding and actioning L&D queries via phone and email.
Capturing and recording attendance and evaluation records accurately and in a timely manner.
Lodging recommendations from Investigation reports in the Incident Management System.
Completing reporting in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an Authorised Reportable Incident Notifier and Authorised Reporting Officer and tracking in MS Teams.
Coordinate the Sylvanvale RPA Panel and maintain accurate records.
Support the Practice and Compliance Team as required.

Reporting and data analysis skills.
Experience in the disability sector and knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Proda portal and the Department of Communities and Justice Restrictive Practices Authorisation panel is highly advantageous but not essential.
A valid NSW Drivers Licence is essential, and an offer will be subject to a police clearance, a current WWCC and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
