If you're passionate about driving positive change and love working in a fast-paced team setting, this opportunity is for you As a Compliance Administrator, you'll collaborate with our Compliance Manager and Executive Management to ensure CLO operates in full compliance with regulations and internal policies. Together, we'll deliver excellence while championing continuous improvement and supporting great opportunities and great life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain the currency, accuracy and compliance of allocated registers and records, ensuring full visibility of reporting requirements.
- Support managers through compliance monitoring and reporting functions, ensuring compliance reporting is in line with policy.
- Assist with the investigations of compliance irregularities.
- Assist with internal reviews and audits to maintain operational compliance with CLO policies and legislative requirements.
- Monitor and review audit action plans ensuring reporting timeframes are met.
- Assist with risk and compliance reporting in accordance with CLO's risk management plan. Complete routine administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining records of ongoing projects.
- Work collaboratively with management to promote a culture of quality and compliance. Immediately escalate challenges, barriers and concerns with compliance responsibilities when identified.
- Identify areas for improvement through quality assurance, compliance monitoring and evaluations.
- At the direction of the Compliance Manager, support the implementation of corrective action and continuous quality improvement plans.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current 'C Class' Driver's License.
- Understanding of NDIS & Disability sector.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Current NDIS Workers clearance.
- Current Working with children clearance.
- Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia.
- Tertiary Qualification in Disability or Home and Community Services
