WHAT WE NEED?

WHAT YOU'LL DO?
- Create excel reports from completed inspections and training data from various sites
- Gap analysis in compliance inspections, quality audit inspections and training documents
- Provide ideas and solutions for innovative ways to present data and information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure service providers and their employee's practices are legal and compliant
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with office receptionist duties
- Support with general administration tasks

WHAT YOU'LL NEED?
- Exceptional excel and IT systems skills
- A genuine love of data analytics
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS office suite of products
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills
