A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to join this reputable WA home builder. Working on both single & double storey modern home builds this company has an excellent reputation and a solid pipeline of work.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Produce great quality designs for single storey, double storey and rural homes.
- Liaise with Sales Reps and other parties to ensure the client receives the best outcome.
- Ensure compliance with all R-Codes, AS, BCA, Developer and Shire requirements.
- Look for efficient and cost effective solutions to design requests.
- Maintain a fast paced and energetic work ethic.
- Create striking elevations using 3D software packages.
- Work alongside other Departments to problem solve and ensure smooth operation.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential design for single storey, double storey and rural homes.
- Diploma of Drafting and Design
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Passionate and friendly personality.
- Eye for aesthetics and good design flow.
- Able to problem solve individually
- High attention to detail, organised and reliable.
- Must be a team player.
- Familiarity with different construction types (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer).
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change.
- Current authority to work in Australia
