We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative academic to contribute to our teaching and research in Design. As a Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our students and make a significant impact on the field of design.

Our design research explores the role of design in shaping interactions and experiences between people and digital technologies. We encourage our students to critically rethink, prototype, and innovate new objects, systems, experiences, and materials that shape human experience and life on planet earth through the lens of design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and teach across our growing design programs, including Bachelor of Design, Interaction Design, Master of Design, and Electronic Arts
- Develop curriculum delivery in whole or part of selected core and elective units of study, including design studios where appropriate
- Make a significant research contribution to the School
About You
You should have a PhD in design or a cognate field and a proven track record of original high-quality and independent research within the fields of social and/or service design, sustainable design, and user experience design. You should also have a vision for securing research funding as lead investigator and/or part of a team.
