Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Lead to oversee the design phases of a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth. The goal is to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring designs align with project objectives, coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions, developing and managing design schedules, and reviewing and approving design documents.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum 8-10 years of experience in design management, with at least 5 years specializing in healthcare projects. A proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget is essential.
