**_Our amazing client is on the look out for a Workplace Relations/Employment Lawyer to join their mid-tier firm in Melbourne_**

**THE ROLE**
The opportunity on offer is for an Associate level lawyer to join our client's Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. This is a brilliant chance to work closely with two highly regarded and experienced Partners, who will support you and assist in your development in this role.

You will have consistent exposure to complex and high worth matters, working with a diverse range of clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on and drafting Employment Agreements, Company Policies/Procedures etc.
- Addressing industrial relations issues as required
- Assisting with workplace issues and disciplinary processes
- + more duties and responsibilities

**ABOUT YOU**
- Has 3+ years PAE
- Can work well collaboratively as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Has previously gained experience within Employment Law
- Understands the commercial context of matters
- Has a positive and motivated outlook
