Job Role
We are seeking an accomplished Road Design Leader to drive the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. This role will involve leading a team of designers, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads, and experience in managing large-scale road infrastructure projects. They will also be knowledgeable in Austroads Guide to Road Design and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Qualifications
Relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
Significant years of experience in a project delivery environment.
Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design.
