Road Infrastructure Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Road Infrastructure Manager to lead major road projects.
About the Role:
- Oversee project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, and coordinating road design teams.
- Identify and resolve technical road design issues through effective communication and collaboration with project teams.
- Lead a high-performing road design project team, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Contribute to project planning, determining resource requirements, and evaluating document production.
- Maintain open communication with project managers, team leaders, and clients to ensure effective project progress.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads software is essential.
- Significant experience in project delivery environments, particularly in roads and highways design.
- Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design is required, with additional state-based standards knowledge desirable.
- Familiarity with local authority CADD standards and deliverables is beneficial.
