Principal Road Infrastructure Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Road Design Leader to drive the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. This role will involve leading a team of designers, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads, and experience in managing large-scale road infrastructure projects. They will also be knowledgeable in Austroads Guide to Road Design and possess excellent communication skills.

- Lead a team of designers and engineers to deliver high-quality road design solutions.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
- Significant years of experience in a project delivery environment.
- Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design.
