The position will offer 38hours/week, Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)

Since 1978, our client has been a trusted name importing and distributing top-tier components across Australia and New Zealand's electronics industry. With their expansion into Cable Harness and Product Assembly they're seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to be a vital part of their lively team.

**Responsibilities: (Training Available)**
- Assembling cables and harnesses.
- Soldering connectors
- Preparing and crimping terminals onto wire/cables.
- Reading and understanding electrical drawings.
- Testing cables and harnesses.
- Using both manual and electric hand tools.

**Skills**:

- Soldering experience
- Experienced in Cable Harness assembly or similar
- Experienced in preparing and crimping terminals onto wire/cables
- Working knowledge of cable and connectors commonly used in wiring harnesses and cables
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Positive attitude to learning
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
