We are a leading manufacturer of custom-made cable assemblies.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your task is to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for meeting production schedules and maintaining a productive work environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Operate machinery efficiently.
- Meet production schedules through effective planning and coordination.
- Perform repetitive tasks with some lifting required.
- Maintain a high standard of quality work and adhere to safe operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to achieve common goals.
- Work independently and be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 3:30pm on a 38 hour week.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent attention to detail, quality, and workmanship.
- Good eye sight and hand skills.
- Reliable transport to the workplace.
- Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to monitor quality control of own work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude.
