Spectran Group is a family owned, locally operated company providing specialised solutions throughout Tasmania in the area's of environmental management, transport, civil construction and traffic services. This is an opportunity to join a business working across a number of sectors providing sustainable services and innovative solutions for our customers.

Your day to day responsibilities will include
- Efficient scheduling and allocation of drivers to ensure our environmental vehicle fleet is on the road when required by our customers.
- Liasion with customers and manage all aspects of our delivery management systems.
- Consistent communication with our drivers during the route, whilst also managing any issues affecting their deliveries and ensuring all company safety standards are manintained.
- Development of effective working relationships with our customers and drivers to maintain and exceed service level

The person we are seeking with have transport industry experience and although they may not have an understanding of environmental vehciles they will be eager to learn and contribute to developing sustainable solutions for our customers. You will be someone who comes to work with a cool head and is capable of remaining calm even when under pressure.

You will have great attention to detail with exception problem solving skills with the ability to manage changes on short notice to meet customer requirements and get the job done.
