**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead our talent acquisition team who are responsible for all recruitment within Council, and think outside the box to provide efficient talent acquisition strategies and best practice approach to recruitment.
This role will be responsible for building a high performing talent acquisition team, and collaborating with our senior leaders to deliver unique talent solutions in a highly competitive market. Reporting to the People Services Manager you will:

- Guide all campaign recruitment activity, and provide recommendations on sourcing strategies
- Utilise various platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search) build talent pools and pipelines to assist with future recruitment needs
- Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to develop new initiatives that will have a key focus on delivering our Employee Experience Vision
- Continually drive the education of our people leaders to ensure the design and delivery of comprehensive and strategic talent initiatives

Your exceptional communication and engagement skills will work toward transforming and establishing a talent acquisition team.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership
- Substantial experience working in a talent acquisition role
- Possess a strong focus and knowledge for sourcing of outstanding talent utilising recruitment technology platforms
- Demonstrated leadership experience to help develop a talent acquisition service
- Hold a qualification in human resource management or related field

This is a permanent full-time role at Level 6 with a salary package commencing at $97,134 plus superannuation of up to 12.25%.
