This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) where you'll play a vital role in supporting recruitment across the organisation while also coordinating our student placement and volunteer programs.
You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and placement/volunteer stakeholders—ensuring a smooth and professional experience that reflects Endeavour Foundation's values.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate communications.
Act as the primary point of contact for student placement and volunteer coordination, supporting both internal teams and external partners.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly reporting.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
About You Experience in recruitment, HR, or a people-focused support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
A Certificate IV in Human Resources (or working towards one) will be highly regarded.
