**About you**

**About the role**

This is an on-road role where you will be building and delivering solutions across our network of retailers. You will be working with business, identifying opportunities for growth and developing the businesses you support. **Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role you will be customer obsessed with a commercial acumen to develop existing relationships, preferably in a retailing environment. You will have demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a highly competitive market space. You will be naturally curious, seeking to innovate and understand trends in order to differentiate our offer from our competitors. Whilst you will be part of a team, you will enjoy working autonomously, and you will have excellent communication skills with experience leading change across multiple stakeholders. You will have strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to articulate your ideas and approaches succinctly.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Influencing and coaching skills - influence others without direct reporting line responsibility
- Planning - self and portfolio planning - time, budgets, targets, travel.
- Establish networks and knowledge of the local property market.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Sound commercial acumen - Strong financial literacy; ability to read and analyse a P&L; set and monitor targets and budgets; identify and report on variances; understand, negotiate and monitor contracts; develop business proposals.
- Negotiating skills - develop and implement negotiation strategies.
- Flexible communication style - deal with a broad range of business operators - from small operators to larger, more sophisticated company operations.
- Understanding of / experience with planograms would be beneficial. Similarly wet and dry stock management.
- Proven track record of delivery.
- Strong safety focus and commitment.
