About The Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Kingston team on a Full-Time basis. Shifts are 7.6 hours and will be worked between 8:00am and 7:00pm with possible shifts on Saturdays. This role may also require rotational shifts between our other ACT clinics.
As a Medical Receptionist, You Will
Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
Flexibility in working hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
Adaptability to various databases and systems.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
