Toll Helicopters is an experienced provider of specialised mission-critical helicopter services and training for Government, Defence and the civil sector. With extensive experience in operations, training and helicopter maintenance, our staff are some of the most highly experienced and well-trained aviation professionals in the country.
Toll operates the Toll Ambulance Rescue Helicopter Service on behalf of NSW Health for the NSW and ACT communities.
Toll has an expanding Defence aviation support portfolio including maintenance and flight operations in support of ADF capability.
The ACE Training Centre Toll is a Leonardo Authorised Training Centre with a Level D AW139 Full Flight Simulator and world class HUET facility.
**Job Description**:
Location: Bankstown Airport, Sydney
A rare and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled **Marketing Manager**, to join the Toll's Helicopters team, where you will market and champion Toll Helicopters, the Toll Ambulance Rescue Helicopter Service and The Aeromedical Crew Excellence Training Centre (ACE TC) brand/s.
You will work directly with the Contract Manager and will be responsible for telling the stories about the lifesaving work that is provided to the communities of NSW and ACT. With a highly engaged community, our stories reach over 10 million people a year. This role innovates aeromedical and aviation marketing.
As **Marketing Manager**, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans, prepare social media content, monitor channels, develop external and internal marketing collateral and form relationships with key clients, potential customers and suppliers, to ensure third party revenue is achieved.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Plan, develop and execute the marketing and community engagement plans for the brand/s above.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and staff.
- Identify and develop content opportunities to showcase Toll Ambulance Rescue and The ACE Training Centre.
- Identify, plan and budget for participation at key industry events.
- Contribute to ACE TC revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyse and present clear and concise data.
- Provide regular reporting for key stakeholders and staff.
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with evidence of proven performance.
- Experienced in a range of media.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing, PR, content strategy alignment and social.
- Strong communicator (written and oral) with demonstrated ability to develop resources, articles, content and adapt writing style to a specific audience.
- Enjoys building relationships, is proactive, great a juggling multiple projects, and is known for getting the job done.
- Ability and willingness to work within a fast paced and customer focused team.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Self-drive, with the ability work independently.
- Government/Aviation industry experience desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar degree or equivalent experience.
