The Enterprise Development Representative role is a 12-18 month program that is designed to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into world class Mid-Market Account Executives at Verkada.
We are looking for experienced sales representatives to work with our Enterprise ANZ team.
This role would be based in our Sydney office.You Will:Hit daily expectations of cold-calls, emails and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages sent per dayHit monthly expectations of qualified meetings generatedWork closely with your assigned Enterprise Account Executive by providing accurate lead distribution, and thorough discovery; generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of VerkadaProspect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leadsUnderstand and uncover prospects needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Verkada can solve themUse Verkada tech stack and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards; provide metrics on leadsEstablish connections with potential customers within the technical realm and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, adapt to changes while creating high quality opportunities and revenue growth.Understanding of sales cycles and required qualification criteria.Have the knack for grasping complex business environments, figuring out what bugs customers, sorting out process hiccups, and turning needs into new business opportunitiesEssential Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experienceComfortable with outbound prospecting, particularly cold callingTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsTraits of those who thrive here:Grit: You have discipline and driveOrganisation: Ability to structure day to day while juggling multiple tasksResilience: The willingness to cold-call and the ability to overcome rejectionCoachability: You have the self-awareness to address feedback and areas for development, have an eagerness to learn & grow and are able to work effectively as part of a team.Curiosity: You want to understand customers and their pain pointsAble to challenge the status quo: Your ability to build strong relationships enables you to influence and challenge the normCreativity: Are able to try new things to find new businessAustralia Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritises the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
