Lead Enterprise Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Development Representatives, guiding them through their development journey.
- Conduct weekly role-plays and training sessions to ensure the sales development of each representative.
- Set clear expectations on goals, process, and promotion guidelines while monitoring team progression.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 1.5 - 2 years of sales experience, focusing on managing or mentoring entry-level sales teams.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
