**About the role**:
Partner primarily with the LPG business in New South Wales. The Advisor - Health & Safety drives safety excellence, providing operational support you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, lead incident investigations and promote a culture of safety. Be part of a team shaping a safer tomorrow with innovative HSE strategies.

The Advisor - Health & Safety provides operational support to promote a safety culture, uphold organizational safety standards and support compliance with relevant safety legislation. This role involves implementing proactive safety initiatives, supporting risk assessments and incident investigations, and collaborating with site teams to foster a safe working environment. The Advisor will develop and execute health and safety strategies, promoting continuous improvement in HSE initiatives. Be part of a team shaping a safer tomorrow with innovative HSE strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute Strategies: Lead health and safety initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement of HSE standards.
- Empower Leaders: Provide coaching and expert guidance to operational teams, fostering proactive safety practices and compliance.
- Support Safety on the Ground: Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and collaborate with teams to enhance workplace safety culture.
- Lead Incident Management: Oversee investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for ongoing safety improvement.
- Strengthen Emergency Preparedness: Collaborate on response plans, drills, and training to ensure readiness and compliance.

**What will you bring?**
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in operational environments such as energy, construction or manufacturing.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Familiarity with incident investigation processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of local and national safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in delivering basic safety training to employees.
