We have exciting opportunity for **Indigenous Mentor** in **North Western Melbourne **location to find Indigenous** **job seekers secure employment. As a result of exceptional growth, we are recruiting across multiple locations for our **_Workforce Australia Services_** program.**

Mentors achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentors tailor their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and have ability to build successful relationships. You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
