**Paralegal/Legal Secretary**

Seeking experienced full-time paralegal/legal secretary for established General Law practice in Earlwood NSW. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a legal office is required. Must be able to work autonomously and perform tasks to a high standard. Reporting directly to partner.

**Key duties**

Drafting legal documents including correspondence, briefs, letters of instruction, court forms etc;
Filing;
Liaising with clients, solicitors, experts, Counsel and the Courts.

Diary management;
Dictaphone typing;
File management from outset to conclusion, and

Billing & accounts

**Key legal areas**

Experience in the following areas will be highly favourable:

- Conveyancing;
- Probate/Estate Administration;
- Leasing;
- Criminal Law, and
- Commercial Law.

Experience using LEAP is highly desirable.

Schedule:
