Product Offer Development Manager

Overall, you will act as a champion for engaging with others, collaborating closely with teams, fostering strong relationships to gather feedback on current products and identify opportunities for change and development.

**Key Activities**:
Working with the GM Sales & Marketing and the Technical Teams to commercialise the product offering and develop the offer roadmap.
Develop the commercial sustainability offering and drive future sustainability offering and drive future sustainability offering as part of this.
In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing - Marcoms team, identify a go to market strategy such as value proposition, customer problem being solved and pricing strategy.
In collaboration with the Growth Enablement Manager, develop our training offering (features, benefits and technical specifications) to feed into sales training which will be held by the Sales Enablement Manager.
In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team using market insights to identify objectives, value, and strategy for our overall existing and future offerings.

**Background and Experience required**:
Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or equivalent
>10 years product marketing experience; commercial product development experience.
Understand how to use insights to shape a commercial strategy and to solve a customer's problem.
Can identify the recommended pricing strategy through the development of GTM.
Understands the different stakeholders within the different market segments in Construction.
Ability to measure efficiency and effectiveness of offers across the life cycle.
Industrial sector: construction preferred.
