About the Role

As the Promotion and Offers Manager, you will support the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation and partner with Applied Science to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to deploy promotions across all touchpoints, primarily through CRM (email, SMS) and in-product communications.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of trials and customer promotions in both direct and partner (accountant and bookkeeper) businesses, in collaboration with Lifecycle Communications and Product teams.
  2. Create and manage a promotional calendar to ensure timely execution of offers.
  3. Develop creative assets and marketing materials with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams.
  4. Coordinate with Marketing Automation and third-party platforms for efficient delivery of offers, including e-gift cards.
  5. Monitor and analyze promotion performance, providing insights for optimization.
  6. Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting and effectiveness.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in Growth, CRM, or Product roles focusing on promotions.
  • Previous experience running lifecycle promotional programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid experience in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, finance, or banking is a plus.
