In your role as a Business Performance Coach, you will work to identify performance opportunities within the Retail Banking space for NAB's offering in VIC. You will play a key role in collaborating with our Enablement & Coaching team as well as value chain partners across the business to design and implement new and enhanced content for Retail Banking. You will play a key role in partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience for our customers across our Retail Branches.

**A typical day for me will include**
- Identify performance / capability gaps and opportunities
- Provide insight to allow informed decisions around lender pool structure and banker availability/skills/specialisations required to meet our customer needs
- Utilise detailed business knowledge and metrics to identify and address opportunities to improve self and team
- Design and implement new and enhance Future of Retail (Retail Colleagues Operating Rhythm) content
- Knowledge management - ensuring content is relevant and accessible
- Work collaboratively across broader Retail teams and engage with stakeholders as required
- Key SME on Lending Changes for Retail

**What you will bring**
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation of the impact that your own performance has commercial on outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to naturally influence, engage and inspire through clear and persuasive communication
- A strong customer centric approach where you can gauge and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- A genuine passion for working as part of a fast-paced, diverse industry, with an ability to foster a sense of urgency towards customer needs
- Experience in delivering change projects
- Front-line and head office experience, with a lending or Retail Leader background preferred
