Job Title: Store Performance Coach

  • Cultivate a culture of high achievement by motivating and supporting team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as required, including store opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional plans to enhance store appearance and drive sales.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and customers.

Our ideal candidate will possess previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

They will also have excellent time management and organizational skills, be confident in providing and receiving feedback, and demonstrate the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing teams
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
