Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be implementing your EDM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a highly collaborative, compact team environment. You will play a crucial role role in the EDM marketing, general integrated digital marketing, promotion and branding of the business nationally.

On a day to day basis the role will involve the utilisation of new and existing data to customise automated marketing strategies. In your role, you will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all marketing activities including EDM's, tactical or targeted promotions, and specific marketing campaigns to maximise brand awareness and lead conversion.

You will have an outstanding communication style, with the ability to deconstruct complex ideas/messages and express them simply and effectively.

Your experience and understanding of EDM's, google analytics, paid and unpaid social media campaigns, SEO, SEM, Website and Shopify Adwords will be highly regarded, with a direct line of communication into C-suite level.

You will bring a digital marketing specialist background, or generalist marketing background with a strong digital focus, in addition to relevant tertiary qualifications. A minimum of three to five years experience, ideally you have worked in a retail business that offers a practical solution to consumer problems.

On offer is a competitive base salary plus superannuation plus discretionary bonus. The role operates on a standard five day week with one day working from home.
