We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our email and direct marketing efforts.

This role will oversee the development and delivery of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include defining, implementing and continuously improving lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments, ensuring every communication is purposeful data driven, and aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in either creative, media agency or marketing 'client-side' environments.

You should be analytical and creative, with a proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects and deliver results in risk-aware settings.

A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, you will be able to juggle and prioritise tasks to ensure you can focus on activities which drive the business outcome.
